Welcome to ICE Brookline Jamaica Plain Pop-Warner Football & Cheerleading, renamed in honor of Ian Cotterell. Ian was one of the founders of the Brookline Jamaica Plain Patriots. He was tremendously loved and respected by everyone who came through the program because of his passion, dedication, and commitment to helping the young men and women in the program develop into respectful and responsible adults. Although Ian has passed on, we strive to continue his mission of building a strong community and uplifting children through the sport he loved most. Welcome to our page! We hope to see you all on the field, cheering on our young athletes and supporting them as they grow both on and off the field. Go Patriots!

Then & Now: Keyón Lungelow grew up in a BJP Patriots jersey (#7, then #11) and today starts at quarterback for Cathedral High School's varsity as a junior — after leading the JV as QB1 his freshman and sophomore years. "My coaches Mike, Jeff and John were more than just coaches to me — they became family. My Pop Warner experience gave me a strong foundation and prepared me for this next level." Due to the nor'easter moving through the area, ALL BJP Patriots games scheduled for Sunday, September 27 at English High School have been CANCELLED — 7U vs Chelmsford, 9U vs Lowell, 11U vs Lynn and 13U vs Roxbury. Please stay home and stay safe. Makeup dates will be posted here and texted to families as soon as Pop Warner confirms them. Questions: reach your head coach or team mom.
